Specialist, Strategic Sourcing – Sourcing Excellence

About the role

We are seeking a Specialist in Strategic Sourcing to drive excellence across General Services and Marketing & Sales procurement. You will apply a full suite of sourcing tools, manage supplier risk, and partner with internal stakeholders to align sourcing strategies with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Procure General Services and Marketing & Sales, ensuring pricing, capacity, and service levels meet commitments.
• Implement supply‑base strategy, evaluate and develop suppliers for current and future needs.
• Manage supply risk through robust contracts and KPI monitoring, initiating corrective actions when required.
• Build strong relationships with Finance, HR managers and directors, and engage internal customers to align sourcing strategies.
• Ensure compliance with policies, systems, and controls throughout the sourcing process.
• Provide market intelligence and represent the company in external forums.
• Oversee commercial, financial, and ethical considerations in collaboration with category managers.
• Maintain contract frameworks, track performance metrics, and conduct supplier performance reviews.
• Lead supplier collaboration initiatives such as Supplier Finance, Responsible Sourcing, e‑invoicing, and process optimization.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Economics or related field.
• Fluent in English (verbal and written) and Spanish or Portuguese.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Procurement or Strategic Sourcing, preferably in a multinational environment.
• Familiarity with Services Procurement and solid understanding of contract law.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to assess macro‑economic trends.
• Results‑oriented, business‑acumen driven, with excellent communication skills.
