Specialized Trainer – Aerospace Training

About the role

Airbus is seeking a Specialized Trainer to design, deliver, and manage training programs for its aerospace staff in Santiago de Querétaro. The role supports Airbus' strategic objectives and complies with local STPS regulations, fostering a strong safety culture and continuous professional development.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure the full training lifecycle (preparation, initiation, development, closure) for staff.
• Promote safety during training sessions and prevent accidents.
• Report KPI status (SQCDP) to maintain and improve training quality.
• Implement staff certification and training plans.
• Maintain training rooms following 5S guidelines.
• Manage inventory of training materials and tools.
• Develop and update internal and external training and certification programs.
• Keep accurate records of all training activities.
• Promote company values in all training activities.
• Organize physical and digital documentation of the training area.
• Administer training satisfaction surveys.
• Monitor staff training and certification needs.

Required profile

• More than 2 years of verifiable experience in aeronautical processes.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Knowledge of cognitive processes.
• Ability to express and conceptualize ideas clearly.
• Results‑oriented mindset.
• Operational coaching capabilities.
