Sr. Director of eCommerce (Site experience)

About the role

Walmart de México y Centroamérica seeks a senior leader to drive sustainable eCommerce growth by optimizing the customer navigation experience and ensuring seamless omnichannel execution across digital and kiosk channels.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the commercial strategy for digital channels, targeting sales, traffic, conversion, average ticket and profitability.
• Lead cross‑functional collaboration with Merchandising, Marketing, Operations, Finance and Growth teams.
• Leverage customer insights to shape promotional and personalization tactics.
• Optimize the digital shopping journey and overall customer experience.
• Identify automation and innovation opportunities to improve efficiency.
• Manage business performance, forecasting, risk assessment and growth initiatives.
• Develop new revenue streams leveraging Walmart’s ecosystem and ensure consistent omnichannel execution.
• Monitor and improve key business and customer metrics.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree with a strong background in eCommerce, digital business or retail.
• Proven track record leading large‑scale commercial growth initiatives.
• Solid understanding of eCommerce KPIs, digital performance and Retail Media.
• Experience managing budgets, forecasts and P&L.
• Excellent communication, leadership and stakeholder‑management capabilities.
• Strategic thinker with a strong execution mindset.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (mandatory).
