Sr Project Manager (Construction & Manufacturing)

About the role

The Senior Project Manager will lead global, strategic construction and factory expansion projects within the Global Workplace Projects organisation. This senior leadership position is responsible for planning, executing and delivering large‑scale construction and manufacturing initiatives while ensuring safety, quality, cost and schedule targets are met.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, plan and control the packing building project to meet design, time and cost objectives.
• Oversee the entire project lifecycle from site set‑up through handover.
• Report regularly to senior management on project status, risks and issues.
• Maintain strategic client liaison and integrate new technologies in R&D processing areas and traditional lines.
• Coordinate logistics and collaboration with R&D, NPI, MDI teams and the general contractor.
• Drive project execution within approved scope and budget, managing trade‑off discussions with partners.
• Establish and manage project teams of 25‑50 members, run kickoff and stream meetings, and provide recommendations.
• Evaluate team performance and deliver feedback to employees and managers.

Required profile

• Extensive project management and construction experience on large‑scale projects.
• Proven background in manufacturing equipment installation.
• Experience working in program or stream structures.
• Familiarity with equipment suppliers and general contractors.
