Store Manager – Luxury Retail

About the role

Louis Vuitton is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead its Los Cabos boutique. You will be the face of the brand, driving sales performance while delivering the iconic Louis Vuitton client experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coach a high‑performing sales team, ensuring deep product knowledge and exceptional client service.
• Manage the sales floor, visual merchandising, and clienteling initiatives to maximize product performance.
• Recruit, develop, and retain talent, creating succession plans for key positions.
• Analyze customer data and market trends, providing insights to the General Manager.
• Maintain Louis Vuitton Promise standards and ensure compliance with all operational procedures.

Required profile

• Commercially minded with solid experience in the luxury market, preferably within a multinational organization.
• Proven people‑management expertise in a high‑profile luxury retail environment.
• World‑class customer service orientation with a track record of exceeding client expectations.
• Fluency in English is a plus.
