Client Advisor – Luxury Retail (Los Cabos)

About the role

Louis Vuitton is looking for a motivated Client Advisor to join its Los Cabos boutique. As the brand’s ambassador, you will create memorable, personalized experiences for a discerning clientele, ensuring every interaction reflects the Louis Vuitton promise.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and build lasting relationships using in‑house clienteling tools.
• Identify client needs and tailor product recommendations to enhance the brand experience.
• Maintain visual standards and product knowledge to drive sales.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve store targets and uphold luxury service standards.

Required profile

• Previous retail experience, preferably in high‑end or luxury markets.
• Strong commercial mindset with a passion for fashion and customer service.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Spanish and English.
• Self‑driven, curious, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
