Store Manager – Luxury Retail (Mexico City)

About the role

As the Store Manager for Fendi in Mexico City, you will act as the business owner and brand ambassador, responsible for delivering an exceptional client experience and achieving the store’s financial targets.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales performance across all product categories and develop strategies to attract new and reactivate former clients.
• Lead the team on the sales floor, coaching staff to deliver authentic client experiences and meet sales goals.
• Manage client relationships, implement CRM tools, and cultivate a strong private‑appointment culture.
• Oversee administrative tasks, scheduling, cost control, inventory accuracy, and full P&L responsibility.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety protocols, and visual‑merchandising standards.
• Recruit, develop, and retain talent through performance monitoring, goal setting, and succession planning.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading a luxury retail store or similar high‑end environment.
• Strong commercial mindset with ability to analyze business data and implement action plans.
• Excellent client‑service orientation and ability to build relationships with VIP clientele.
• Leadership skills to inspire, develop, and retain a diverse team.
