About the role

We are seeking a strategic, execution‑oriented FBS Recruiter to scale and strengthen our talent acquisition function. The role acts as a true business partner, influencing hiring decisions and elevating our overall talent strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Own full‑cycle recruiting for multiple roles, from intake to offer.
• Partner with hiring managers to define hiring strategies and improve decision‑making.
• Conduct high‑quality candidate assessments focusing on technical fit, soft skills, and long‑term potential.
• Build proactive sourcing strategies and maintain strong talent pipelines.
• Manage stakeholder communication with clarity and urgency.
• Use recruiting metrics and market insights to drive decisions and improve outcomes.
• Identify bottlenecks and propose scalable solutions to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.
• Support interview consistency, candidate quality standards, and overall recruiting excellence.

Required profile

• 5+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience in fast‑paced, high‑volume environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and partnership with hiring managers.
• Experience recruiting for corporate, operational, or technology‑focused roles.
• Data‑driven mindset with experience tracking recruiting metrics.
• Proven ability to improve recruiting processes and influence hiring decisions.
• Advanced English communication skills.
