About the role

We are seeking a Strategic Partnerships Sales Development Representative to identify, engage, and qualify vendor partnership opportunities across the United States and Canada. The role focuses on outbound prospecting and building relationships with companies that can benefit from Multipli’s financing and payment solutions.

Key responsibilities

  • Identify and prospect vendors that match Multipli’s ideal partner profile.
  • Conduct outbound cold calls with decision‑makers across the United States and Canada.
  • Execute outreach campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and phone.
  • Research companies, industries, and executives using tools such as Apollo.io and LinkedIn.
  • Introduce and position Multipli’s financing and customer payment solutions to prospective partners.
  • Educate vendors on how payment solutions can increase customer acquisition and sales growth.
  • Qualify partnership opportunities based on business fit, market potential, and strategic alignment.
  • Schedule qualified partnership meetings for the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, activities, notes, and pipeline updates.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve prospecting and partnership acquisition strategies.
  • Achieve outbound activity, meeting‑generation, and partnership development KPIs.

Required profile

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in outbound B2B sales, strategic partnerships, business development, or SDR roles.
  • Proven experience conducting cold calls within the U.S. or Canadian market.
  • Previous experience in SaaS, Solar, EV, Technology, or financial services is highly preferred.
  • Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written) and confidence communicating with business owners and senior executives.

Required skills

  • Experience using CRM platforms.
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn Sales tools and outbound prospecting platforms (e.g., Apollo.io).
  • Familiarity with Zoom and other video‑conferencing tools.
