Strategic Project Lead (Remote/US/LATAM)

About the role

We are looking for a Strategic Project Lead to own and grow relationships with AI lab partners. Working remotely across the US and LATAM, you will be the senior point of contact, turning pilots into long‑term production engagements and driving commercial growth.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the trusted senior contact for lab partners via Slack and calls.
• Identify partner needs, scope new engagements, and create Statements of Work.
• Convert pilot projects into production work and expand the account portfolio.
• Oversee delivery outcomes through Human Data Managers, ensuring quality and reputation.
• Manage scope, pricing inputs, and margin at the account level, involving the CEO and experts as needed.
• Monitor partner roadmaps, surface new opportunities, and feed insights back to the Human Data Evals Lead.

Required profile

• 5+ years in account, engagement, or partnership management with a focus on technical or AI/ML customers.
• Proven track record of growing accounts and converting pilots to production.
• Experience in senior technical conversations with AI labs, ML teams, or enterprise buyers.
• Strong commercial instincts and comfort operating in a fast‑moving, ambiguous environment.
• Fluent English; Spanish a plus.
