Strategic Sales Director – Agentforce Operations

About the role

Salesforce is looking for a senior sales leader to drive growth of its Agentforce Operations portfolio. The Strategic Sales Director will own the end‑to‑end sales process for AI‑powered automation solutions, targeting both existing Salesforce customers and new accounts within a defined vertical.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect, build pipeline and achieve revenue targets for the Agentforce Operations product suite.
• Navigate medium to long sales cycles for high‑value AI transformation deals.
• Develop and execute scalable sales strategies that expand market penetration.
• Partner with customers to demonstrate product value and guide adoption of autonomous agents.
• Ensure successful deployment and satisfaction for early adopters and expansion customers.

Required profile

• Proven quota‑carrying sales experience in enterprise software or AI solutions.
• Strong track record of closing strategic, high‑value deals.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with senior business leaders.
• Experience selling within the Salesforce ecosystem is a plus.
