Student Intern - Non Technical

About the role

NXP is looking for a student intern in Guadalajara to support its administrative and operational needs. The role covers general office support, data handling and coordination across several departments, and is open to students currently enrolled in a non-technical degree program.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with administrative tasks, data entry and document management across departments such as HR, Marketing, Finance and Legal.
• Support project coordination, including scheduling meetings, preparing presentations and tracking progress.
• Conduct research and compile information to support ongoing initiatives and strategic planning.
• Help develop and improve internal processes and procedures.
• Collaborate with team members on assignments with initiative and a proactive approach.
• Assist with event planning and logistical support for internal or external company activities.
• Provide general office support as needed to keep day-to-day operations running smoothly.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Human Resources, Finance, Law or a related non-technical field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team; proactive, self-motivated and eager to learn.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Prior internship or project experience is a plus but not required.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
