About the role

The Production Supervisor leads a team of production workers, ensuring daily operations align with company policies, safety standards, and quality requirements. This role coordinates manufacturing activities to meet product specifications and exceed customer expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise production staff, enforce collective bargaining agreements, plant rules, and safety policies.
• Plan and prioritize production schedules, review orders, and coordinate manufacturing activities.
• Monitor equipment performance, inspect machines, and ensure optimal utilization.
• Analyze production reports, resolve operational and maintenance issues, and control costs.
• Develop and enforce standard operating procedures and maintain housekeeping standards.
• Provide orientation, on‑the‑job training, coaching, and counseling to build a qualified, quality‑focused workforce.

Required profile

• Experience supervising production teams in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of safety regulations, collective bargaining agreements, and plant policies.
• Ability to analyze production data, solve problems, and improve processes.
