Supply Finance Controller – Mexico

About the role

As a Supply Finance Controller you will partner with supply and operations teams to drive financial performance across manufacturing and supply‑chain activities in Mexico. You will provide insights, support investment decisions, identify savings opportunities and help improve overall efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting for the supply function.
• Partner with operations and plant teams to improve performance and reduce costs.
• Analyse manufacturing, logistics and inventory costs.
• Support investment decisions and productivity initiatives.
• Deliver insights and recommendations to business leaders.
• Ensure strong financial controls and compliance.
• Lead and develop a small finance team.

Required profile

• Experience in supply finance, factory finance, operations finance or FP&A.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing costs, COGS and plant finance.
• Previous leadership experience.
• Proven business partnering and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience driving savings, efficiencies and investment projects.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
