Support Operations Trainer

About the role

DoorDash is seeking a Support Operations Trainer to design, deliver, and continuously improve training programs for new hires and existing team members in its Mexico City support operations. The role blends classroom facilitation, on‑the‑job coaching, and curriculum development to ensure agents provide high‑quality assistance to customers, merchants, dashers, and internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, update, and deliver new‑hire and refresher training using the company’s Learning Management System (LMS).
• Serve as the “face of Customer Experience and Integrity (CXI)” for trainees, reinforcing brand standards and best practices.
• Identify performance gaps, design targeted interventions, and measure training impact on KPIs.
• Cross‑skill teams to handle demand spikes, special projects, and process changes.
• Collaborate with instructional designers and fellow trainers to share workload and maintain consistent content quality.
• Provide feedback on process improvements and assist managers in implementing changes.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a training role.
• At least 2 years of customer support experience.
• Advanced written and verbal English proficiency.
• Strong teamwork orientation and a passion for helping others.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks without sacrificing quality.
• Comfort with ambiguity and capacity to make informed decisions in changing environments.

Required skills
