System Administrator II

About the role

FORVIA HELLA is seeking a System Administrator II to lead the local IT team in Tlaquepaque. You will be the primary contact for onboarding and off‑boarding, ensure smooth operation of laboratory PCs, and support global IT initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise the Tlaquepaque IT team and coordinate daily activities.
• Act as the main contact for onboarding, off‑boarding and IT inductions.
• Provide L1 support for laboratory operating system PCs and enforce IT best practices.
• Manage IT supplier planning, supply‑chain coordination and receipt of services.
• Maintain PCs, mobile devices, printing services, and IT room checklists.
• Conduct root‑cause analysis on priority incidents (P1) related to local IT.
• Assess and improve meeting‑room IT services.
• Participate in global IT projects and execute four annual patch days.
• Represent IT in audits and produce monthly performance reports.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT support or system administration.
• Hands‑on experience with Windows PCs, iPhones and basic IT infrastructure.
• Ability to work onsite and collaborate with local and global teams.
