System Administrator

About the role

Flex is looking for a System Administrator to manage and optimize its cloud‑based collaboration platforms. The role serves as the go‑to expert for tools that enable internal teams to plan, collaborate, and deliver work efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Administer Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket), Planview Enterprise, Projectplace and Smartsheet, ensuring stability, security and performance.
• Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, configure new processes, workgroups and workflows across cloud platforms.
• Troubleshoot issues, investigate system behavior and deliver timely resolutions.
• Support user acceptance testing and coordinate production releases for platform changes.
• Design analytics and reporting solutions to extract actionable insights from platform data.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in systems analysis, business analysis or platform administration.
• Strong analytical and process‑improvement skills.
• Proven ability to learn and master new cloud platforms quickly.
• Experience documenting and translating business requirements into system configurations.
• Comfortable working with data using SQL or similar query tools.
• Advanced English and Spanish communication skills.
