Talent Acquisition Manager – Latin America & Caribbean (Remote)

About the role

Hyatt Hotels Corporation is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager for the Latin America Caribbean (LAC) region. This remote position works closely with the Americas Talent Acquisition team to source and recruit senior hotel leadership, supporting Hyatt’s rapid growth across 42 operating hotels and additional upcoming properties.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes for Director and General Manager positions across full‑service and select‑service hotels.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract top talent in the LAC region.
• Partner with hiring managers and senior leaders to define role requirements and ensure a seamless hiring experience.
• Maintain accurate recruitment metrics and provide regular updates to the Global HR Services team.
• Support the broader talent acquisition initiatives and contribute to Hyatt’s employer branding efforts.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience in senior‑level hotel or hospitality recruitment.
• Strong understanding of the Latin America Caribbean talent market.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating across global teams.
