Talent Acquisition Manager – Remote (U.S. Trucking Industry)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead recruiting for our growing U.S.-based trucking company. This full‑time remote position will be responsible for building a high‑performing hiring function and becoming a long‑term member of the leadership team.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage the recruiting pipeline for back‑office roles such as dispatchers, safety specialists, recruiters, operations, customer support, and office staff.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates using LinkedIn, Indeed, Facebook and other recruiting platforms.
• Write and post compelling job advertisements.
• Develop recruiting strategies for hard‑to‑fill positions.
• Coordinate hiring processes with company leadership.
• Continuously improve recruiting processes and employer branding.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of recruiting experience in the U.S. trucking industry.
• Proven experience hiring back‑office positions; driver recruiting experience is a plus.
• Strong sourcing skills on multiple platforms.
• Excellent English communication.
• Experience working remotely with U.S. companies.
• Preferred location: Eastern Europe or Latin America.
