Talent Acquisition Partner – Remote (LATAM & South Africa)

About the role

Blacksmith Agency is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to lead end‑to‑end hiring for its fast‑growing teams across Sales, Design, Development and Strategy. The role is fully remote, serving candidates in Latin America, South Africa and beyond, and offers the chance to shape the company’s talent brand.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment cycle from leadership intake to final offer.
• Source and engage passive candidates across multiple regions.
• Provide every candidate with a seamless, respectful Blacksmith experience.
• Assess candidates for skills, cultural fit and performance potential.
• Maintain a warm bench of freelance and full‑time talent for rapid hiring.
• Keep a clean, data‑driven pipeline in the ATS and keep hiring managers informed.

Required profile

• 2+ years of full‑cycle recruiting, preferably in tech, digital or creative agencies.
• High accountability mindset with minimal need for micromanagement.
• Global perspective comfortable with different time zones and cultures.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and automated workflow tools.
