Talent Acquisition Recruiter – Temporary Contract

About the role

KONE is seeking a Talent Acquisition Recruiter on a temporary contract to manage full‑life‑cycle recruitment for staff and operative roles in Mexico, covering both maintenance and new construction business areas.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral interviews to assess candidates' skills, interest and cultural fit.
• Advise hiring managers and develop recruiting strategies for each open position.
• Communicate regularly with key stakeholders throughout the search process.
• Source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, search engines and other social channels.
• Participate in hiring events and support internal mobility.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 + years of corporate recruiting experience.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English.
• Strong consultative approach and ability to manage high‑volume requisitions.

Required skills

• Behavioral interviewing techniques.
• Effective use of sourcing tools such as LinkedIn, job boards and search engines.
