Talent Development Coordinator

About the role

As a Talent Development Coordinator at Charger Logistics, you will serve as a bridge between the organization and its employees, overseeing employee relations and ensuring a fair, consistent workplace environment. You will handle inquiries, manage grievance procedures, and support HR initiatives that foster engagement and retention.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for employee relations inquiries and complaints.
• Document and process employee relations matters in compliance with legal and company policies.
• Monitor and implement federal and provincial employment requirements.
• Facilitate open‑door policy processes and workplace concern resolutions.
• Support HR projects, programs, and recruitment activities, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination.
• Lead new‑employee orientations and coordinate engagement events, recognition programs, and team activities.
• Maintain up‑to‑date job descriptions and conduct exit interviews to inform retention strategies.
• Promote health and safety compliance and respond to policy or performance issues.

Required profile

• College diploma or university degree in Human Resources or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum two years of experience in employee relations, training, counseling, coaching, or disciplinary processes.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, capable of interacting with all organizational levels.
• Strong initiative, creative thinking, and ability to generate innovative ideas.
