Talent Sourcer

About the role

MSCI is looking for a proactive Talent Sourcer to drive the top‑of‑funnel recruitment effort across the EMEA region. You will leverage AI‑augmented tools, market intelligence, and social platforms to identify, attract, and engage high‑quality candidates who will help power our global business.

Key responsibilities

• Source and attract talent across the Americas using AI‑enhanced sourcing tools, LinkedIn, job boards, and direct outreach.
• Build and nurture long‑term candidate pipelines with regular, meaningful engagement.
• Apply market intelligence and talent mapping to refine outreach strategies and messaging.
• Develop and iterate AI‑powered workflows to improve passive candidate engagement at scale.
• Partner with Recruitment Partners to translate hiring needs into targeted sourcing campaigns.
• Screen candidates at the top of the funnel and provide qualified shortlists with clear summaries.
• Track and analyze sourcing metrics to measure pipeline health and conversion rates.

Required profile

• Early‑career experience or strong interest in talent sourcing, recruitment, or research‑intensive roles.
• 1–2 years of hands‑on experience with sourcing tools and social platforms such as LinkedIn.
• Curiosity for AI and emerging recruitment technologies.
• Excellent written communication skills for crafting engaging outreach messages.
