Talent Sourcer – Remote (LATAM & South Africa)

About the role

Blacksmith Agency is seeking a proactive Talent Sourcer to join its fast‑moving team. Working remotely across Latin America and South Africa, you will act as both a brand ambassador and a talent scout, driving the full hiring cycle for a variety of roles.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end recruitment process, from leadership intake calls to final offers.
• Source and engage candidates across LATAM, South Africa and beyond for sales, design, development and strategy positions.
• Provide every candidate with a seamless, respectful Blacksmith experience.
• Assess candidates for skills, cultural fit and performance potential.
• Maintain a warm bench of freelance and full‑time talent to enable rapid hiring.
• Keep a clean, data‑driven pipeline in the ATS and keep hiring managers informed.

Required profile

• 2+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a tech, digital or creative agency.
• High accountability mindset with minimal need for micromanagement.
• Global perspective comfortable with multiple time zones and cultures.
• Strong proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems and automated workflows.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
