Team Lead EDI US/CA/MX

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is looking for a Team Lead EDI to drive EDI operations, customer integrations, and strategic initiatives across the United States, Canada, and Mexico. You will act as a trusted partner to customers, business stakeholders, and technical teams, ensuring seamless flow of transactions that support Order‑to‑Cash, Supply Chain, Finance, and Accounts Receivable processes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of EDI Analysts, handling workload planning, performance management, and business continuity.
• Oversee implementation, maintenance, and support of trading‑partner integrations, managing escalations and issue resolution.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Service, Logistics, Finance, and IT to translate business needs into effective EDI and integration solutions.
• Manage SAP customer setup and EDI integration for US, Canada, and Mexico, ensuring compliance with ANSI X12, UN/EDIFACT, APIs, and middleware platforms.
• Own Americas EDI prioritization, demand intake, KPI governance, SLA discipline, reporting, and dashboarding.
• Monitor transaction volumes, exception trends, and service‑level performance to identify risks and automation opportunities.
• Lead EDI workstreams for regional and global transformation programs and represent EDI in governance forums.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in EDI, B2B integrations, or supply‑chain systems.
• At least 3 years of leadership or people‑management experience.
• Strong knowledge of ANSI X12, UN/EDIFACT and modern integration technologies.
