Team Leader – Trust & Safety Content Moderation

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Team Leader to head our Trust & Safety operations in Mexico. You will guide a group of Content Moderators and Trust & Safety Specialists, ensuring that our online platforms remain safe, compliant, and high‑quality for users worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and support a team of content moderators and analysts.
• Monitor performance against KPIs, SLAs, and quality metrics, providing regular feedback and development plans.
• Ensure consistent application of community guidelines and content policies.
• Manage escalations, complex cases, and sensitive content decisions.
• Collaborate with Quality Assurance, Policy, and Operations teams.
• Analyze trends, identify performance gaps, and drive continuous improvement.
• Foster a positive team environment focused on engagement and retention.

Required profile

• Experience in Content Moderation, Trust & Safety, or related review environments.
• Previous experience as a Team Leader, Supervisor, or Senior Content Moderator with mentoring responsibilities.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and decision‑making abilities.
• Excellent communication skills (English preferred) and high attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in fast‑paced, high‑volume operations.
