Tech Recruiter (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a Tech Recruiter to join our fully remote team and help source, evaluate, and place top‑tier technology talent for a variety of client projects. You will work closely with internal hiring managers and stakeholders to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for technical positions, from posting to offer acceptance.
• Review, filter, and shortlist candidates based on defined criteria.
• Craft candidate summaries and edit resumes to highlight relevant experience.
• Coordinate communication between candidates, hiring managers, and other internal teams.
• Meet hiring deadlines and maintain accurate recruitment metrics.

Required profile

• Proven experience in technical recruiting.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
