Tech Support Associate – Guadalajara, Mexico

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Tech Support Associate to manage end‑to‑end order processing for telecom services in Guadalajara. The role ensures accurate capture, validation and coordination of orders across sales, provisioning and customer care teams, supporting timely service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Review and create tasks for orders submitted through CPQ tools such as Salesforce.
• Validate orders for compliance, product codes, pricing, contractual terms and customer details.
• Update internal systems with circuit IDs, service attributes and billing information.
• Enter validated orders into inventory and provisioning platforms.
• Communicate order status, resolve discrepancies and escalate delays to meet SLAs.
• Collaborate with Sales, Provisioning and Customer Care Managers to resolve order‑related issues.
• Identify process gaps and suggest improvements.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and data‑validation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Effective written and verbal communication.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Salesforce and CPQ tools.
• Experience with inventory/provisioning systems.
• Knowledge of Power BI for reporting.
• Understanding of ITIL practices or ticketing tools such as ServiceNow.
