Technical Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to lead complex technical initiatives within the Spherea Group. The role will coordinate cross‑functional teams, act as the main point of contact for stakeholders, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and monitor technical projects from initiation through delivery, managing schedules, risks, issues and dependencies.
• Serve as the primary liaison between internal teams, customers, partners and other stakeholders.
• Facilitate onboarding, training and adoption of technical processes and tools.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, process guides and operational best practices.
• Track milestones, provide status updates and escalate issues as needed.
• Support change‑management activities, including communications, training and documentation.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations and business units to align project goals and priorities.
• Contribute technical insights to business development and customer discussions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Project Management or a related field.
• Proven experience managing technical projects in fast‑paced, multi‑disciplinary environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Ability to translate technical concepts for non‑technical audiences.
