Technical Trainer – Onboarding for Technical Support Engineers

About the role

We are looking for a passionate Technical Trainer to lead a two‑week onboarding program for newly hired Technical Support Engineers. The role focuses on delivering an AI‑first, instructor‑led learning experience that accelerates new‑hire readiness and reduces time to competency.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging, in‑person onboarding sessions covering customer service, communication, business processes, tools, procedures and AI‑enabled learning.
• Create an interactive classroom environment that encourages participation and knowledge retention.
• Assess learner progress, provide coaching and constructive feedback, and track attendance and completion metrics.
• Leverage AI‑enabled learning platforms and modern training methodologies to enhance the experience.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to continuously improve onboarding content and delivery.
• Maintain enthusiasm and consistency across recurring onboarding cohorts.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a trainer, instructor, facilitator or L&D professional.
• Excellent presentation, facilitation and classroom management skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• High‑energy, learner‑focused approach with the ability to work independently.
• Comfortable in a fast‑paced environment with recurring onboarding cohorts.
• Willingness to work onsite full‑time in Yerwada, Pune.
