About the role
The Technician I/II provides essential technical support within defined time frames, contributing to the efficiency of operational processes. This role involves hands‑on work, participation in improvement projects, and collaboration with peers and supervisors.
Key responsibilities
- Perform technical duties and activities according to schedule.
- Participate in projects aimed at improving process and technical efficiency.
- Train new personnel on standard operating procedures.
- Maintain confidentiality of information and materials.
- Identify problems, propose remedies, and implement solutions.
- Provide periodic status reports in written and verbal formats.
- Interact with colleagues at the same level and with supervisors to ensure continuity and efficiency.
Required profile
- High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
- 1‑3 years of relevant work experience.
- Basic job knowledge and willingness to learn.
- Strong initiative and problem‑solving attitude.
