Técnico de Mantenimiento en Fabricación

About the role

We are looking for a Maintenance Technician to ensure the availability and reliability of equipment in our manufacturing, weighing, tank farm and pilot plant areas. The role focuses on preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance while prioritising safety and operational continuity.

Key responsibilities

• Guarantee equipment uptime and reliability across production lines.
• Execute and monitor preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance tasks.
• Perform root‑cause analysis of failures and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Develop and standardise maintenance procedures using the Manex methodology.
• Manage tools, maintain records in SAP and track key performance indicators.
• Provide technical support to internal customers and mentor junior staff where applicable.

Required profile

• Technical degree or Engineering degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Industrial Electricity or related field.
• At least 3 years of industrial maintenance experience in the cosmetics, pharmaceutical or food sector.
• Strong focus on results, decision‑making and safety (LOTO, critical work).
• Leadership, emotional intelligence and ability to work under pressure.
