Técnico de Mantenimiento Preventivo y Predictivo

About the role

We are looking for a Preventive and Predictive Maintenance Technician to join Bosch Rexroth’s production team in La Piedad. The role focuses on keeping production lines running efficiently by performing scheduled and condition‑based maintenance on equipment, machinery and related services.

Key responsibilities

• Execute preventive and predictive maintenance tasks on production equipment and machinery.
• Maintain production line performance according to KPIs such as downtime, OEE, MTTR and MTBF.
• Diagnose and resolve technical, hydraulic and mechanical issues in the production area.
• Monitor electrical systems, troubleshoot faults and perform basic programming on PLCs, PC‑based controllers and microcontrollers.
• Apply Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) principles to eliminate losses related to downtime and quality.
• Provide feedback on improvements identified during maintenance activities.
• Make decisions under pressure to achieve difficult production targets.

Required profile

• Degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Maintenance, Automation, Mechanical or Electromechanical engineering.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities for technical, hydraulic and mechanical challenges.
• Ability to work under pressure and make timely decisions.
