About the role

Flex is looking for a Test Technician specialized in ICT to join its Guadalajara Norte site. The role supports ICT production lines, maintains equipment and fixtures, and helps implement customized software solutions.

Key responsibilities

Provide technical support to ICT manufacturing lines.
Maintain and troubleshoot ICT hardware and test fixtures.
Implement ecosystem tools and customize programs to meet production needs.
Interpret engineering drawings and plans for test setups.

Required profile

Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
Experience programming in C++, Python and Visual Basic.
Ability to work in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
