Trainer II / QA – Client‑Focused Training Specialist

About the role

The Trainer II/QA delivers client‑focused training for new hires, product updates, and ongoing skill development at Concentrix. The role ensures agents are fully prepared to provide best‑in‑class service and meet program requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Lead classroom training sessions, monitor student progress, and provide coaching and feedback.
• Utilize adult learning techniques and varied delivery modalities (presentations, hands‑on demos, job aids).
• Maintain product knowledge by taking calls, attending meetings, and observing side‑by‑side.
• Partner with Operations to transition agents to production, ensuring competency standards are met.
• Support instructional design by helping create e‑learning, interactive modules, and written aids.
• Measure training effectiveness through surveys, focus groups, and interviews, and recommend curriculum improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred).
• 2–4 years of experience in training, curriculum development, or related roles.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines under pressure.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
