Training and Development Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Training and Development Specialist to design and deliver instructor‑led training programs for dealership aftersales teams, including Service Managers, Service Advisors, Warranty Administrators and other staff. The role focuses on improving service processes, customer experience and overall dealership performance in the Mexican market.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver instructor‑led training sessions, workshops and interactive activities for aftersales personnel.
• Facilitate classroom training, practical workshops, knowledge assessments and trainee evaluations.
• Coordinate on‑site training logistics, attendance tracking and administration.
• Monitor trainee performance, collect dealer feedback and identify capability gaps.
• Prepare training reports, assessment records and capability improvement analyses.
• Adapt and localise global training materials for the Mexican market.
• Develop content covering service processes, customer experience, complaint handling, operating standards and NPS.
• Collaborate with Aftersales, Dealer Development and cross‑functional teams to ensure training effectiveness.
• Support implementation of online and blended learning initiatives when required.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, Marketing, Engineering, Communications or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience delivering instructor‑led corporate, sales, operational or dealership training.
• Automotive aftersales or dealership experience is desirable but not mandatory.
• Excellent presentation and public speaking abilities.
• Fluent English (written and spoken) for communication with global teams.

Required skills

• Experience using online learning platforms or Learning Management Systems (LMS).
