Travel Advisor / Guest Experience Agent (Remote)

About the role

Join a global boutique hospitality brand as a Travel Advisor and Guest Experience Agent. Working remotely, you will focus on the human side of guest support, handling complex situations that automation cannot resolve and crafting memorable travel experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve ambiguous guest issues that require judgment and coordination with local teams.
• Design personalized itineraries and recommendations for guests, including special occasions and spontaneous travel plans.
• Act as the primary point of contact for stressed guests, providing calm, solution‑focused assistance.
• Collaborate with property managers across Mexico, the United States, Europe, and other regions to ensure seamless stays.
• Utilize internal platforms (training provided) to manage guest interactions and track resolutions.

Required profile

• Professional experience in travel planning, concierge services, tour operation, destination specialization, or similar hospitality roles.
• Fluent Spanish and strong English communication skills.
• Ability to read guests, anticipate needs, and deliver tailored experiences.
• Comfort working remotely with a distributed team across multiple time zones.
