Travel Counselor – Frontline Customer Service Role

About the role

This full‑time position is a critical frontline role in a high‑volume contact centre, supporting premium card members in the United States. You will receive intensive paid training and mentorship to become a skilled Travel Consultant, delivering memorable travel experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Provide world‑class inbound customer service for premium card members.
• Create new bookings and service existing travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and car rentals.
• Research and plan personalized domestic and international travel itineraries.
• Communicate product offerings and value propositions relevant to the card member.
• Uphold the "Membership First™" approach and American Express brand standards.

Required profile

• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Experience in high‑volume, fast‑paced customer service or sales within tourism, travel, cruise, or tours.
• Basic geography knowledge of continents, countries, and key travel destinations.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and resilience to change.
• Availability to work nights and weekends, covering 24/7 service.

• Proficiency with MS Office applications.
