UKG/Kronos Consultant – Workforce Management

About the role

We are looking for an experienced UKG/Kronos Consultant to join our Americas Delivery Mexico (ADMX) team in Queretaro. The role focuses on delivering workforce management solutions, supporting system enhancements, and ensuring high‑quality service for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in the full lifecycle of UKG WFM projects, including system enhancements, support, and maintenance.
• Provide production support, perform software upgrades, and conduct regular audits to maintain compliance.
• Act as a technical liaison and subject‑matter expert for time‑keeping and other workforce management applications.
• Collaborate with technical consultants and cross‑functional teams to ensure functional specifications are correctly configured.
• Interact with stakeholders and internal client organizations to address technical issues and improve operational efficiency.

Required profile

• 3‑5+ years of consulting or industry experience, with at least 2 years in application support.
• Degree in Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Advanced level of English.
