Vice President, Products and Solutions, Network & Switching

About the role

The Vice President, Products and Solutions, Network & Switching will shape Mastercard’s technology strategy for its global core payments network and drive the Services strategy across Mexico, Central America and the Caribbean. This senior leader will define and execute go‑to‑market and commercialization plans for both new and existing network products.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain the go‑to‑market and growth strategy for Network Products, Access and Gateway in the North LAC region.
• Collaborate with local stakeholders, sales teams and customers to scale switching capabilities.
• Lead market analysis, competitor assessment and customer‑needs research to inform product direction.
• Co‑lead customer engagements to communicate the core network value proposition.
• Drive new product concepts through regional PME/Studio processes and manage product launches.
• Develop pricing, economic impact assessments and rollout plans with internal delivery teams.
• Own the divisional P&L and lead commercialization, scaling and monetization of new offerings.
• Provide input to regional and global product development based on market priorities.
• Support ongoing product management for existing solutions.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in payments, network or switching product management.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and influence senior stakeholders.
• Strong commercial acumen with P&L ownership experience.
• Deep understanding of regional market dynamics in Mexico, Central America and the Caribbean.
