Video Producer & Post-Production Specialist

About the role

Monks is looking for a creative Video Producer & Post-Production Specialist to lead the creation of audiovisual content for digital, social, corporate and advertising campaigns. You will manage projects from concept through final delivery, ensuring high‑quality output that meets client objectives and brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, shoot and direct video interviews, branded content and campaign assets.
• Edit footage for multiple platforms, adapting formats and lengths as required.
• Create motion graphics, titles and basic animations.
• Perform color correction, sound editing and final mastering.
• Manage post‑production timelines, delivery schedules and workflow efficiency.
• Collaborate with creative, strategy, account and production teams.
• Ensure all deliverables follow brand guidelines and quality standards.

Required profile

• Strong storytelling ability and eye for visual detail.
• Proven experience in fast‑paced agency environments.
• Excellent organization and project‑management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Up‑to‑date knowledge of digital trends and platform‑specific content.
