Web Application Developer (Back-End)

About the role

We are looking for a Back‑End Web Application Developer to join our team building a class‑leading automotive business intelligence platform. You will design, implement and maintain high‑performance APIs and micro‑services that power our web‑based solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop RESTful and gRPC APIs in Go and Java to support web applications and internal micro‑services.
• Collaborate with systems, success, and other engineers to define performance requirements and interfaces.
• Work with users to create and execute acceptance test plans, ensuring the product meets customer expectations.
• Design, implement and document software testing and validation procedures.
• Stay up‑to‑date with the latest software and technology trends.
• Review code from other developers to maintain quality standards.

Required profile

• Professional experience with Go (or strong interest to become proficient).
• Solid understanding of data structures, concurrency and distributed systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in web application development.
• Experience with SQL or NoSQL databases and software testing frameworks.
• Experience writing and maintaining Java backend services.
• Familiarity with Terraform or Terragrunt for cloud provisioning.
• Exposure to Docker, Kubernetes or similar container orchestration tools.
