Welcome Desk Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a Welcome Desk Coordinator to join the FIFA World Cup 26 hospitality team in Mexico City. The role supports VIP hotel operations, ensuring smooth guest check‑in, access control and an exceptional experience for visitors during the tournament.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the welcome desk, greeting guests and handling check‑in/out procedures.
• Control access to VIP areas and coordinate with Guest Operations and Guest Relations.
• Implement Guest Management policies and ensure compliance with FIFA Club standards.
• Maintain the presentation and readiness of the welcome area throughout the event.
• Prepare daily operational reports and keep accurate records of guest interactions.
• Support coordination of food & beverage, entertainment and staffing as needed.
