WordPress Designer & Developer

About the role

We are looking for an experienced WordPress Designer and Developer to create, customize, and maintain client websites and web applications. You will translate design concepts into functional, user‑friendly sites that reflect each client’s brand and business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Design visually appealing website layouts that follow brand guidelines.
• Develop and customize WordPress sites, themes, and plugins.
• Implement responsive front‑end code using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Configure WordPress installations, databases, and server environments.
• Integrate third‑party APIs and services as required.
• Manage content updates and ensure SEO‑friendly structure.
• Optimize site performance, mobile responsiveness, and security.
• Perform regular backups, updates, and maintenance.
• Collaborate with designers, content creators, and other developers.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and stay current with WordPress trends.

Required profile

• 4‑6 years of proven WordPress development experience.
• Strong portfolio showcasing WordPress projects.
• Experience designing sites based on brand guidelines.
• Graphic design background or familiarity with design tools (e.g., Figma).
• Ability to manage multiple websites simultaneously.

Required skills

• WordPress architecture, themes (Divi, Elementor) and plugins.
• HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP.
• Front‑end libraries/frameworks such as Bootstrap, Tailwind, jQuery.
• Responsive design and mobile optimization.
• SEO best practices and performance optimization.
• Security implementation and routine maintenance.
