About the role

As a member of the management team, you will lead and develop a production workshop to ensure products are delivered on time, with the required quality, cost efficiency and safety. You will operate within the legal framework of Mexico and promote a culture of continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

Manage, lead and engage the workshop production team.
Ensure compliance with time, quality, cost and safety targets.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the workshop.
Maintain effective communication with internal interfaces and key stakeholders.
Deliver products in a safe, healthy environment while respecting legal requirements.

Required profile

Proven experience in production or workshop management.
Strong understanding of compliance and legal aspects in a manufacturing setting.
Ability to develop and motivate teams.
Commitment to integrity and sustainable growth.
