About the role

Rosewood Hotel Group is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the Restaurant Manager in delivering an extraordinary dining experience. This role combines operational support, guest service excellence, and team coordination within a luxury hospitality environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Restaurant Manager with daily operational needs, ensuring smooth service flow.
• Support administrative tasks and human‑resource activities related to the restaurant team.
• Resolve guest issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.
• Monitor and ensure that all resources (staff, supplies, equipment) are available for daily operations.
• Uphold brand standards and contribute to a consistent, high‑quality guest experience.
