About the role
Mapal Group is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive outbound prospecting within a defined market and ideal customer profile. The role is pivotal to generating qualified opportunities for the sales team and ensuring a predictable pipeline of high‑value meetings.
Key responsibilities
- Focus exclusively on outbound prospecting within the assigned market and defined ICP.
- Identify, target, and contact prospects through multichannel actions such as calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
- Qualify prospects according to defined criteria and generate high‑value meetings for the Sales team.
- Design, execute and continuously optimise outbound prospecting campaigns, adapting messaging, sequences and channels to different buyer personas and use cases.
- Develop deep knowledge of Mapal’s solutions and articulate the value proposition in tailored elevator pitches.
- Collaborate with Sales and SDR teams to align qualification expectations, improve meeting quality and share market feedback.
- Maintain rigorous CRM discipline, tracking activities, qualifications and notes, and suggest process improvements.
- Participate in trade shows or business travel when required to represent the company.
Required profile
- Proven experience in outbound prospecting and lead generation.
- Strong competitive mindset with a results‑driven attitude.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to adapt messaging to diverse audiences.
- Detail‑oriented and disciplined in CRM usage and activity reporting.
Required skills
- Proficiency with multichannel outreach tools (calls, email, LinkedIn).
- Experience using CRM systems for activity tracking and pipeline management.
