About the role
The Business Development Representative will support the growth of a global technology organization by identifying new opportunities, managing leads, and strengthening relationships across the electronics ecosystem in Mexico. This position is ideal for a proactive sales professional who enjoys building relationships and driving measurable revenue impact.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities across assigned accounts and regions.
- Manage leads, maintain pipeline accuracy, and contribute to revenue targets.
- Build and sustain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop and execute profitability‑focused strategies.
- Participate in customer meetings, supplier reviews, and field visits.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to support decision‑making.
- Recommend process improvements to enhance sales efficiency.
Required profile
- 3‑5 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Proven experience managing B2B commercial relationships.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
- Strong analytical ability and comfort with shifting priorities.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
