Business Intelligence Manager, YouTube Marketing

About the role

As a Business Intelligence Manager for the Global YouTube Marketing team, you will design, develop, and maintain dashboards that measure and guide marketing strategy. Your work will ensure data quality, accessibility, and actionable insights for advanced analytics across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain automated, user‑friendly dashboards that track marketing performance.
• Conduct deep analyses of specific marketing activities to uncover drivers of results.
• Transform complex data sets into clear visual charts and presentations for decision‑making.
• Build reporting tools that enable marketing partners to easily access and interpret their performance data.
• Run impact assessments to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 5 years of experience coding in one or more programming languages (e.g., SQL).
• Minimum 5 years of experience designing dashboards and data visualizations.
• Proven experience managing client‑facing projects, troubleshooting technical issues, and collaborating with engineering and sales teams.
• Fluent English communication skills for interaction with local stakeholders.
