About the role
Impact Advisors Mexico is seeking a Clinical Application Support Analyst to ensure the optimal performance of Epic electronic health record applications. The role blends clinical expertise with technical support to deliver high‑quality service to end‑users across the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Provide top‑tier customer service to Epic end‑users and stakeholders.
- Design, build, test, and maintain application functions while minimizing errors.
- Meet or exceed service‑level agreements and ensure accurate ticket documentation.
- Train and guide users on effective navigation of Epic software.
- Analyze clinical workflows, identify improvement opportunities, and implement streamlined solutions.
- Collaborate with IT and other teams to integrate Epic with ancillary systems.
- Assist in data analysis and reporting to support clinical and administrative decisions.
Required profile
- Clinical background (physician, nursing, radiology, pharmacy, laboratory, or operating room).
- 2–5 years of clinical experience.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
- Bachelor’s degree (required).
- Strong communication, problem‑solving, and analytical abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Required skills
- Epic Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.
